Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

• Submission of payment through our website confirms your booth space and constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. All booth payments are non-refundable. In limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of Sunrise Events & Craft Shows, a credit toward a future event may be offered. Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of Sunrise Events & Craft Shows. Specific placement requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

2. Vendor Eligibility & Product Approval

• Vendors may only sell products or services that were listed at the time of registration. Any changes to product offerings must receive prior written approval. Sunrise Events & Craft Shows reserves the right to decline or remove vendors whose products do not align with event standards, categories, or previously submitted information.

3. Booth Space & Setup

• Vendors must remain within their assigned booth boundaries. Displays must comply with venue regulations, including fire code and safety requirements. Setup and breakdown times will be provided prior to each event. Vendors may not begin teardown before the official event end time unless given prior approval. Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth space clean and free of debris at the conclusion of the event.

4. Conduct & Event Standards

• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, fellow vendors, event staff, and venue personnel. Disruptive behavior, harassment, excessive noise, strong odors, or conduct deemed inappropriate by event management may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Attendance & Marketing Disclaimer

• While Sunrise Events & Craft Shows invests in advertising and promotion efforts, including digital marketing, social media, signage, and community outreach, attendance levels and vendor sales are not guaranteed. Vendor participation is at their own business risk.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Vendor cancellations for any reason do not qualify for refunds. If a vendor is unable to attend, Sunrise Events & Craft Shows must be notified as soon as possible. Space transfers to another business are not permitted without written approval. Failure to appear at an event without notice may impact eligibility for future events.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

• All events are held rain or shine unless otherwise announced. Sunrise Events & Craft Shows reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, governmental restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Sunrise Events & Craft Shows shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by vendors.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal property. Sunrise Events & Craft Shows, event venues, sponsors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for theft, loss, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the venue, property, or surrounding areas by themselves, their staff, or their equipment. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance.

9. Media Release

• By participating in a Sunrise Events & Craft Shows event, vendors grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without compensation.

10. Agreement

• By completing registration and submitting payment, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
