All vendors are required to complete Minnesota ST19 information for each event. This is a standard Minnesota event requirement, and Sunrise Events and Craft Shows keeps this information on file for event records. This information is only provided to the State of Minnesota if requested.The ST19 Information Form (link below) MUST be submitted before adding your registration to your cart. Registrations submitted without a completed ST19 Information Form are not considered complete and may be declined or removed from the event. Vendors who repeatedly fail to submit required event paperwork may not be accepted into future Sunrise Events and Craft Shows events.
